Code of Ethics

• The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
• Loyalty to clients;
• Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
• Cooperation with competitors;
• Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

Designations

• To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry

2010 CRS Lone Star Realtor of the Year!

• I have over 26 years of experience as a full time real estate agent and my credentials are impressive.
• I completed my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) June, 2005. I am very proud to have earned this degree as it truly was a challenge to earn this. Less than 4% of all Realtor's nationwide hold this designation and I now carry the highest designation available for a residential Realtor. I was very proud to be voted the 2010 CRS Lone Star Realtor of the Year in December for my achievements.
• I earned my GRI designation, (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) in 1993. This designation is similiar to a master's in the real estate industry and only 14% of all agents nationwide hold this designation.
• I earned my ABR designation, (Accredited Buyer's Representative), most commonly known as a licensed buyer's agent in 2001, only 9% of all agents nationwide hold this designation.
• I am very proud of all my accomplishments and take much pride in the level of service I am able to offer my clients.

A LITTLE BIT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION......

• I have been married for 36 years to my husband Ken and have two children. My son Danny is 26 years old and is a licensed AMA Professional Road Racer....yes motorcycles. My 31 year old daughter just graduated from University of Houston with her Masters in Music Performance studying under the Principle Flutist of the Houston Symphony.
• We have lived in Georgetown for 16 years on a couple acres, have a little dog named Andy and love working on the yard and flowers. I am a survivor of Stage 4 Lymphoma for over 10 years and am very grateful and I have discovered EVERYDAY IS A GIFT!
